New and enhanced Version 3.0 of Resolve is now available for public download. Version 3.0 now offers operators a more complete help desk solution. Improvements in Resolve include: New Style User Interface, Incoming E-Mail Processing, Outgoing E-Mail enhancements, Active Directory Synchronisation, and enhanced Escalations and Ticket Types.
